A new leaflet has been produced as part of the Save Philorth campaign and is now being distributed across Fraserburgh to help raise awareness of the proposed development affecting the Waters of Philorth Nature Reserve.
The leaflet provides information about plans by Ground Golf to develop a new golf course at Mains of Cairnbulg, extending into the Waters of Philorth, as well as details on how people can support the campaign and make their voices heard.
Over the coming days and weeks, copies of the leaflet will begin appearing in local shops, cafés, community buildings and other public spaces around the town. Supporters of the campaign are encouraging people to keep an eye out for the leaflet, take a copy, and help share the information with others.
The campaign continues to grow, with hundreds of people already signing the petition to help protect the Waters of Philorth. The leaflet is part of a wider effort to ensure more people across the community are aware of the proposals and understand what could be lost if the development goes ahead.
Campaign supporters are also asking for help from local residents, businesses and community groups who may be willing to distribute leaflets or make them available in public locations.
Every conversation, share and display helps raise awareness and strengthen the collective voice of the campaign.
